We build digital products in Ruby on Rails using Lean and Agile techniques.

Mosties is a team of Ruby on Rails experts who specialise in delivering custom-built web applications.
Based in London with additional offices in Riga, Latvia, we use a nearshore development strategy that lets us offer startup-friendly pricing while eliminating the negatives of offshore web development.

We are an Agile web development team. We build from scratch, develop and maintain existing code base with Ruby on Rails, Elastic Search, PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

We believe communication is the key element of a successful software development project. Every project has a dedicated manager who will report on project progress each week. You will receive access to the staging site and the code repository hosted on Github, as well as access to Trello which allows you to follow progress. For daily communication we also use Slack channels inviting clients for team discussion - you'll never feel left out.
