Mr Gresty Studio

Gresty is superb to work with and nails you down to a very specific brief. I am really impressed with his originality. I don't know where but I always feel that there is a 'cool' or contemporary feel to his work. It kind of is uniquely him rather than off the shelf design and I guess that's what you get working with a designer who does the work himself, each time from scratch.

Mr Gresty has a great ability to take a brief, whether it is on logo design, imagery, or website layouts, understand the specific nuances of it and bring it to life on page in a new and different way.

The team at London Hospitality Group have frequently called on the creative skills of Mr Gresty. He has designed logos for our clubs: Charlie, Toy Room, Seven and for the London Hospitality Group too. Our clubs reach far and wide: London, LA, Dubai and Mykonos, so it is important that we understand our clients taste and together we have created the right branding for our global clientele.

For Toy Room we where looking for a maskot and Frank the partying teddy bear was born. Gresty brought to life Frank not only in the logo but in the comic style flyers we send out through our social media channels.

I have worked with Gresty for the last 3+ years on a variety of different design briefs.

Versatility - very good tailoring his designs for the medium, either print or web based or indeed packaging. Highly experienced so able to feedback what is correct design for example; web specific work or branding for printed brochures etc. He is very current and can advise on latest trends etc. what is getting the best reception / share-ability etc.

In terms of procedure he is very straightforward, no time is wasted, he is easy to get hold of and works quickly to tight deadlines.

Great at illustration, cartoon creation, use of humour. He has a specific style which really looks unique to him and makes your design very bespoke.

Bespoke nature of his work sets him apart. He uses no templates, no recycled ideas etc. He is an artist! Truly! Highly recommend.
